Service Description
Welcome to Summer Moves! Our effective 6-week program combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with strength training to get you in peak shape. With 3 virtual workouts and the opportunity for Saturday in-person session each week, you’ll boost your fitness and have a blast. Join us for just 3-4 sessions a week and see amazing results! Weekly schedule: virtual combined Hiit & strength (Mon, Wed, Thurs 6-7pm) experience the best of both worlds with a session that blends Hiit and strength training for maximum impact. In-person functional fitness (Saturday 9-10am): Join our expert trainers(s) for dynamic in-person sessions, varying each week to keep things exciting expect park exercises, skating, beach workouts and more, designed to introduce you to different types of movement and exercise environment.
